PREAMBLE
We, Filipino-Americans, all residents of the United States of America, gather ourselves together to form an Organization/Association which shall be called “The City of Seven Lakes, San Pablo City Association East Coast Chapter USA”. The Organization/Association aims to instill the spirit of fellowship among members; promote the well-being of our “kababayans”; participate actively in Filipino-American social, cultural, and civic affairs in the community, hereby adopt and bind ourselves and posterity with this constitution.
