PACCAL honors the men and women who instill inspiration in our community every year. Through the PACCAL AWARDS, they celebrate the triumphs through life’s obstacles and challenges, the achievements of their hard work and resilience, and the excellence they have gained because of their passion and commitment in their various endeavors. It is because of these traits and values that our many communities have evolved to become better.
PACCAL is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in October of 1992 to address the health and human service needs of Filipinos and other Asians in Jersey City, New Jersey.
